Logistics Planning
LOGISTICS 2020 provides logistics planners to address all aspects of support requirements to include analysis, development, publication, and execution. Our logistics planners coordinate operational plans (OPLANs) and contingency plans (CONPLANs) that encompass deployment and redeployment, staffing, sustainment, and transportation/supply requirements. Our team’s experience includes:
- Developing plans and designing logistics support packages for distribution and global deployment operations
- Developing logistics annexes for DoD OPLANs
- Developing logistics plans to support National Emergency and Contingency Operations
- Maintaining interface between the mission planning and execution staff
- Preparing logistics plan estimates for client identified operations
