Teamhalfwaythere.com draws on a strong foundation of military service, heritage and history. Many of its members proudly don uniforms and are often deployed across the world. They take advantage of team members’ individual and collective backgrounds, focusing on solid decision making and teambuilding skills to assist the team during the plethora of challenges encountered while racing. When not working, the team lives and trains in the Northern Virginia and Washington, DC area.
